Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a wellness professional specializing in hot yoga and hot Pilates, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces where real transformation can happen. My most recent venture is opening BEAT Yoga and Pilates in Morrisville, North Carolina—a boutique studio rooted in balance, energy, accessibility, and growth. I’ve spent years guiding students both on and off the mat, and I truly believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and sustainable lifestyle change.
In addition to teaching yoga & Pilates classes, I host wellness retreats locally and abroad—experiences designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. I’m also a certified health and wellness coach, offering personalized 1:1 coaching to support you in reaching your goals with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Whether we’re moving together in the studio, traveling on retreat, or connecting through coaching, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, energy, and purpose—so you can live a vibrant, balanced, and fulfilled life.
