What is health and wellness coaching?

Your health and wellness coach is your accountability partner, your willing co-pilot, and your friendly guide who will be there to support you in your journey to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. Your situation, concerns, and goals are unique! Your coaching regimen will be tailored to your needs and will focus on sustainable behavior changes that lead you to your best self.

Coaching Programs

  • With this program, you will get two private, one hour sessions with Rachel to discuss your health and wellness vision for yourself. Prior to the first session, you will be asked to fill out a few simple surveys to assess your current lifestyle, habits, and strengths. By the end of the second session, you will have set both short-term and long-term goals, and uncovered tools to help you attain them.

  • In this three month program (12 sessions), you will meet with Rachel for a weekly, private, 45 minute session where you deep dive into your health and wellness habits, desires, and goals. By working steadily for a longer period of time, Rachel will be able to help you track your progress and identify where you can make true and lasting changes in your overall wellbeing. This is by far the most rewarding program that Rachel offers and also presents the greatest opportunity for growth. You can book as many Vitality programs as you wish!

  • This program is exactly what it sounds like - maintenance. It can only be booked by established clients who have completed the vitality program. Rachel will meet with you every other week for 45 minutes. Think of this program more as an opportunity to check-in with your accountability partner, where Rachel can help ensure that you are still on track with your health and wellness goals.
