    This video was originally created for Rachel's mom (aawwweee) and is suitable for anyone wanting to practice the floor series from the 26&2 class. You will move through the spine strengthening portion of class all the way through the final spine twist. Rachel gives modifications for those who need to practice some of the belly down postures on their back and also some modifications that just feel GOOD.     The 26&2 class is an incredibly therapeutic practice for all bodies. The traditional class is practiced in a hot room, is 90 minutes long, and each posture and breathing exercise is practiced twice. When you don’t have 90 free minutes to get on your mat, this is the perfect class! I promise you will still feel incredible moving through just one set of these amazing yoga postures.
