    The 26&2 class is an incredibly therapeutic practice for all bodies. The traditional class is practiced in a hot room, is 90 minutes long, and each posture and breathing exercise is practiced twice. When you don’t have 90 free minutes to get on your mat, this is the perfect class! I promise you will still feel incredible moving through just one set of these amazing yoga postures.
